With something as complex and large as the SHE Media Collective, there are a lot of moving parts. So we want to make sure that you have the right steps for updating your payment information.

How do I know if my information updated?
If you're paid through ACH, and need to update your bank account, please reach out to the support team at support@shemedia.zendesk.com. All updates have to be made through PMC (our parent company)'s Vendor Management Team. Important: DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY DETAILS IN THE EMAIL/TICKET. Just let us know that you need to update information and we'll give you the next steps.
If you're paid through PayPal (something offered only to non-US publishers), you cannot update that information in our dashboard. You will need to email the helpdesk at support@shemedia.com. All updates have to be made through PMC (our parent company)'s Vendor Management Team. Important: DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY DETAILS IN THE EMAIL/TICKET.

What about timing?
SHE Media pays on a net35 schedule. So if you need to update your payment information, we recommend making these changes prior to the 15th. Otherwise, your payment might be delayed. -
What if I have to change my payee / tax information, too?
If you need to update your tax information (whether you need to update the address, the name, or change from an Individual to a company) - you cannot update this in our dashboard, so that we can make sure you have the appropriate tax forms and we can make sure that it's updated promptly in our system.
Based on the changes needed - you may have to create a new account in our dashboard, in order to separate your tax information for the time of change.
Please do not wait to update this until the start of the next calendar year. Email as soon as changes happen at the helpdesk at support@shemedia.com and we will be able to get you the tax forms to update.
