Can I add users to my account?

Unfortunately at this time, you cannot add users to access your SHE Media account.  Currently our system supports a hierarchy where one user account can access a site profile.  This is a feature that has been requested by our larger sites, and is certainly something we want to figure out.

Until then, you would need to share your login.

But what if I need my reporting team to collect data?

Good news!  We can create emailed revenue reports and send them on a schedule to any email alias you prefer.  These come straight from the same reporting framework that powers the reports in our dashboard.  Check in with your Account Manager or the Support team for this request.

What if I still need someone to access my account?

You would need to share your login and password with them.  This might not be appropriate for all cases, given that it would give your team access to the tax/payment portions of your account. But that would be the simplest access.

If you are uncomfortable with giving someone access to your SHE Media account in order to connect your SHE Media plugin, you can add the SHE Media team to your site to allow them to connect Infuse or to insert code on your behalf.  Related: How to add an administrator to your Wordpress account

Our team will login, install our plugin, and even exclude it from your optimization plugins. We will then let you know this is done, so that you can remove our access if you prefer.
