Please note, that we have not tested our code on Kajabi sites. Sites on Kajabi may not be able to take advantage of all features.
Installing the header code
From what we can glean from this guide by Kajabi, there is no section for site wide code (unless you're on a higher paid plan). It looks like you might have to install our code on every page.
You would go to the Page Editor, open the page you want to edit, and in there, click on Custom Code and paste in our header code into the Custom Javascript section, then save and repeat.
This does make it easier for you to determine where ads run. If you do have a lot of posts, we recommend that you start with your homepage, and then go by your most popular post down, then start to work backwards through the last 90 days.
Setting up our ads.txt file
This works like a number of other platforms - where we recommend that you create a 301 redirect from /ads.txt to your unique ads.txt file. (You will need to ask your domain host to help you set this up)
You can get your ads.txt link by going the Verify your Ads.txt step and look at the link for the ads.txt file. Open it into another window and copy the URL. It should look something like htttps://ads.blogherads.com/1/2/1234/123456/ads.txt
OR
Set this up using an A record:
1. Let the SHE Media team know that you're setting this up. We'll make the update in our system, so as soon as this is set with your host, it'll begin to work.
2. Go to your DNS Hosting provider. If you're unsure who that is, run a WHOIS search for your domain and it will give you their name and site.
3. Login to their dashboard, and open a ticket with their support.
Copy/paste this message below:
I need assistance adding an A Record to my DNS, since I want to make sure this is done correctly. This is for my root domain, and needs to point to IP address 15.197.148.179
My provider has asked to make sure that we remove any other A records and AAAA records for this to work.
