My ads aren't showing up?

Sometimes, things change on your site and suddenly your ads aren't showing up. The SHE Media Support team (and our team of developers) is here to help figure out what happened, so that we can get your ads back online.

The header code (whether you're using a manual setup or our Infuse plugin) is the brains of our ad code. While it will usually install our adhesion footer ad, it does require you to place additional ads on your site. (

If you did install ads, it sometimes takes up to an hour from when your ads go live for ads to start showing. If you still aren't seeing anything, reach out to our team!

Last: do you have a cache on your site? Sometimes aggressive site caches require you to flush it every time you add plugins or make major changes. So try clearing that - and keep reading on if ads aren't showing. (And then reach out to us!)

For most SHE Media partners, you should see the SHE Media badge at the bottom of your site. (Some will only see the compliance links that accompany it) If you can see that badge and links, it means that the SHE Media header code is installed (the brains of your ad code) If it's missing, then it means that something is either keeping it from loading, or it's somehow been removed or the Infuse plugin is deactivated.

Sometimes, things change behind the scene on your site and it could affect how your ads are displaying. We're happy to help figure out what's going on, but information like that can help the SHE Media support team get to the bottom much more quickly.

Other information we need to know. Did you update anything on your site? Have you added new plugins, upgraded old ones? Did you change your existing theme or switch to a new theme entirely? (This is very important if we've set up any injected ads on your site. Because it hooks into your theme, if it changes, those injections might not work any more)
