Why can't I start MCM Part Two?

First, look to make sure that in the dashboard you've completed MCM Part One.  You have to complete this step before you can start MCM Part Two.

If you've completed that, have you completed the Ads.txt verification step?  You have to have our ads.txt lines up in order for Google to verify your relationship with us.

Once the ads.txt verification step is complete, it should automatically send.

If for any reason, you're running into any errors - like you know you were approved for MCM, but step one is still showing as failed, or you're verified for ads.txt, but it isn't submitting your site for MCM Step Two - just reach out to the helpdesk (email support@shemedia.com or use the chat to talk to our team) and we'll
