All publishers in the SHE Media Collective have to complete the MCM process before being able to run our ads. This can be frustrating, since this means we're relying on Google's timeline, not our own. Here are some common reasons why it might not be complete
You haven't filled out the invitation
If you provided your information in our dashboard and haven't done anything else, we might be waiting on you! Google Ad Manager will send you an invitation in one of two ways.
If you have a Google Ad Manager Account
Login at https://admanager.google.com with the email in your account, and navigate to Account >> Multiple Customer Management and then click on PMC (that's our parent company!). This will launch the invitation
If you don't have a Google Ad Manager Account
Google Ad Manager will send you an email that has a subject line that's something like Request to Manage Ad Inventory. (They've been known to change it a little). It will say that PMC (that's our parent company) is requesting to manage your ad inventory. Click on the link in the email and that will start the process.
You filled out the invite, but it's been a week
Odds are, if you're stuck after filling out the invitation, then you likely have an AdSense account that you never finished setting up. Log in to AdSense and see if you have any steps left to finish - like setting up your payment account, or verifying with a security pin. If any of those are left unfinished, you'll have to complete this before MCM can proceed. (It's really frustrating, but unfortunately there's nothing Google can do to make that part go faster)
What if none of that's true?
Just email us at the helpdesk (or reach out via chat) and we'll be able to open a technical ticket with Google to get more information. Include your AdSense account information.
