Finding your contract information
The standard SHE Media contract is 12 months long. Every publisher can see their contract data with us by logging in to the SHE Media platform. If you navigate to Site and Ads under My Settings and click on Site Information - you can see the date your contract renews with us.

Do you want a copy of your agreement? You can also download it from that same section if you didn't save a copy when you first signed up. If for some reason that link is not visible, reach out to support@shemedia.com and ask for a PDF of your agreement.
Terminating a contract
As laid out in your agreement with us, a contract can be ended if you reach out to us more than 60 days before your renewal date. We need that 60-day notice in order to make sure that we can replace your site in any existing ad placements. If you remove your ads without notice, per the agreement, we could withhold any remaining revenue.
If you wish to end your contract earlier than your renewal date, you will need to reach out to the helpdesk team to see if that is possible. Early terminations are granted on a case by case basis, typically tied to your history with us.
If you have any questions, or want to discuss your agreement with us, please email us at support@shemedia.com.
Removing Code
If you're leaving us, you'll need to remove your code on the day your contract ends with us. If you're using our WordPress plugin, Infuse - it is as simple as deactivating and deleting the plugin.
If you manually installed our ad code, you'll want to look in the plugin or fields that you used to install our header code and review any widgets to see if there's ad code remaining.
Any injected ads will vanish as soon as our header code is removed.
If you are not using Infuse, you'll also want to remove SHE's ads.txt lines from your site. If you uploaded an actual file, you'll want to delete it. Squarespace sites will want to remove the redirect. On Blogger, you'll want to clear out those lines from the ads.txt field.
Referring to our installation guides can help you work backwards!
Final Payments
Any payments after a site have closed out their account with us will be issued on the same schedule. So, your final payment would come two months after a termination date. (Ex - Sarah's site has a termination date of July 5th. Her final payment would come at September 5th, 35 days after the close of the month)
Updating Tax Information
If you're leaving us, and you know that your mailing address or tax information will be changing, please reach out to us at support@shemedia.com by the end of the calendar year. If it's any later than that, it might not be enough time to change it before we send out any 1099s for the year. (As a note: only sites that earned over $600 in a calendar year - tracked by when you received the payments, not by the months the revenue was earned - will be issued 1099s. It is your responsibility to track and report your revenue if it falls below that thresh hold.
If you have any questions at all, reach out to us at support@shemedia.com
