You might see a checklist step when you login to the dashboard (if you don't, refresh the page), asking you to update the Demographic Survey we use.
This is a fully optional step, but we use the demographic survey to determine if you're eligible for any specific ad campaigns or opportunities. You can fill out as much or as little as you like (we even have a checkbox to opt out of it entirely, though it means you might be missing out on revenue)
What's New?
We've added new fields related to our MedXperts program and the Flow Collective. These are geared towards health care professionals, and content creators who create content about health & wellness.
How Is This Information Used?
We treat everything in this survey as Personal Identifying Information (PII) meaning that we store this in a secure database that can only be accessed by a few people on the SHE Media team. If a brand reaches out to say that they're looking for publishers in a certain demographic group, we will pull that list and if it's for an influencer campaign - we use that to reach out to all publishers to see if you're interested. We will never give out your information directly to a brand. And if they require more information, it will be with your express consent.
If you leave SHE Media, you are removed from any marketing lists, and your information is not shared.
Why Should I Update This?
Your life changes! When you joined us, you might have been single. You might be married with children. You might own a home now. You might have three dogs! You might have a health issue in your family that you write about and advocate for. We want to keep up with what you're passionate about, and make sure that if we have opportunities available, that we know to include you.
