Google recently closed out a number of inactive Google Ad Manager accounts - these were accounts that had not monetized within a certain period of time.
Because of this, there are a number of Collective Members who were either still trying to go through the site approval process of MCM or who had recently left and wanted to come back - who will have to go through the MCM process again.
If Google closed out your account, the first thing you will need to do is ensure that you AdSense account at the email you provided us is still active. To do this, login at https://adsense.google.com then try to login at https://admanager.google.com with the same email.
There might be some prompts in order to reactivate them. (Google did not inform us that they were closing out these accounts, and has not informed us of how to reactivate the account, only that logging in will help.
