Reconciling Revenue Discrepancy for May and June 2024

This is a notice to address any discrepancy in payments for publisher revenue for May and June 2024.

SHE Media pays publishers on a NET35 payment — the fastest payment term in the industry. Because we pay publishers so fast, sometimes we need to send out payments to the Collective before an SSP (one of our ad providers) has sent in their final revenue numbers. It rarely happens, but when it does, we will make the adjustments to revenue in the next payment cycle.

For May 2024 revenue, this occurred.  Payments went out as scheduled before we had the final numbers from one of our providers. This means that some publisher's payments for May were slightly different than what appears in their dashboards today.  The difference has been added to June earnings, which will be paid out on August 5th.

For example, a publisher's May revenue payout was $1,000.  If they look in the dashboard, they might see a total of $1,005 due to the adjustment from our SSP giving us their final numbers after the payment run.  That $5 difference will be added to their June payment.  So the June payment would be June's earnings in the dashboard, plus $5.

This discrepancy only affected only a few publishers and it has been rectified.
