Updating Payment Information
If you are making changes to your banking information or address, visit your account at https://my.shemedia.com/home. Under My Settings on the right side bar, select Payment. After updating your information, be sure to scroll down and select Save to save your information.
Please allow one week for changes to be processed. Changes saved during the last week of the month may not be processed before that month's payment is made.
Changing the Payee
If you are changing the legal name or business name that payments are currently being issued to, please contact the support team at suuport@shemedia.com for assistance.
